How long does it take for the inspection to be completed?
72 Hours from the time the request being sent. This is subject to the customer's availability.
How can I relocate my EV charger if I am changing houses?
If the installation was performed by our engineering team, please contact us by email or toll-free number for relocation assistance, with an additional cost involved. If your charger was installed by a third party, please reach out to them for relocation.
What is the inspection cost?
Initial site survey is FREE for our customers. Post inspection our engineering team will prepare a report with the charger location and will share a customized quote for you to initiate the installation process. The installation price starts from SAR 1,500.
What type of chargers do you offer?
Charge2Moov offers a wide variety of chargers both AC and DC.
How long will it take to charge the car overnight?
Depending on your EV battery capacity and the charger output, however generally up to 8-10 hours.
Can Charge2Moov charger be used for other brands of EVs?
Charge2Moov is compatible with all car manufacturers. If your EV has a Type 2 AC socket, then the charger will work with any brand.
